We love our new house. It has a cosy cottage feel and at the same time is light and spacious. The outer stonework looks great and the internal fit is excellent. The quality of the build is impressive. The garden is bigger than we expected, which was a good surprise.
We spent a long time looking for a house and finally bought our Simpson home off-plan, which at the time felt risky. Now that we are living here we feel very lucky and don't think we could have found anything we would have liked more.

We have just moved into one of the 4 bedrooms on Loughber Croft. As a couple with two young children we count our lucky stars every day to have been fortunate enough to have one of these beautiful houses as our home. With new builds these days you usually have to give with something, but not with these we have a double drive, large garage, beautiful garden and the size of the bedrooms and living space reflects what a family home should.
The quality of the build is second to none, the dry stone walls are a stunning feature, all of the interior is top quality, nothing has been scrimped on it has all been planned out perfectly. So as much as we love the house for us, what we have respected most is not just the quality of the houses but that of the team.
Dean the developer is the most genuine person you could meet, nothing is a problem and if anything has arisen it has been dealt with and sorted straight away and we love how involved you are with each process of the build even down to small little choices so the feel of the house is really yours when you move in. But not only Dean, great respect to his team also, they are there first thing in a morning always ready for a full day and are also really friendly and approachable and also with them nothing is a problem that can’t be fixed. Always up for a friendly chat also and brilliant when the curious children are asking 10,000 questions.
We honestly couldn’t be happier in our new forever home.
